Honours Impact Programma

In fase 1 ligt de focus op jouw persoonlijke purpose statement en het verdiepen in een thema dat bij jij kiest. Je leert door te onderzoeken en te ervaren. Dit gebeurt individueel, samen als community en door samen te werken met onderzoekers van de Centers of Expertise binnen Avans. De focus ligt op zelfinzicht en jouw verbinding met de wereld: hoe wil je betekenisvol zijn en waar wil je aan bijdragen?

Het gehele programma word je begeleid door professionele coaches en experts van binnen en buiten Avans.

In Phase 1, the focus is on developing your personal purpose statement and diving into a theme of your choice. You’ll learn through research and hands-on experience-individually, as a community, and in collaboration with researchers from Avans’ Centers of Expertise. The emphasis is on self-awareness and your connection to the world: how do you want to make a meaningful contribution, and what impact do you want to have?

Throughout the entire programme, you’ll be supported by professional coaches and experts from both inside and outside Avans.

In fase 2 maak je impact buiten de muren van Avans. Dat doe je door een bijdrage aan onderzoek te leveren of door een zelfbedacht impactplan uit te voeren. Tijdens de bijeenkomsten begeleiden we je daarin met (peer)coaching, workshops en masterclasses. Aan het einde laat je met je project zien hoe je blijvende impact hebt gemaakt.

In Phase 2, you’ll make an impact outside the walls of Avans. This could be achieved through contributing to research or by executing your own impact plan. Throughout the programme, you’ll receive guidance through (peer) coaching, workshops, and masterclasses. At the end, you’ll showcase your project and demonstrate the lasting impact you’ve made.
