Workshop Social Business

Deze workshop over sociaal ondernemerschap wordt verzorgd door Kerry Forrester. Kerry is docent bij de Department of Organization Studies van Tilburg University en weet haar studenten te inspireren om een positieve impact op de samenleving te maken, met aandacht voor sociaal ondernemerschap en duurzaamheid.

Waar ga je mee aan de slag?
Met haar ruime expertise in sociaal ondernemerschap geeft Kerry praktische en waardevolle inzichten. Haar colleges stimuleren kritisch denken en dagen studenten uit om innovatieve en effectieve strategieën voor maatschappelijke verandering te ontdekken.

Kerry heeft een MSc in Global Management of Social Issues, waardoor ze een diepgaand begrip heeft van de complexe sociale en ecologische uitdagingen van vandaag. 

Ze is gepassioneerd over hybride organisaties en sociaal- en milieugericht ondernemerschap, en gelooft dat bedrijven een echte bijdrage kunnen leveren aan een betere samenleving.Deelnemen is gratis, maar fijn als je je even aanmeldt van te voren!

Startups for Society is een samenwerking tussen Tilburg University, Avans, Fontys, Gemeente Tilburg en Midpoint Brabant. Samen zetten we alles op alles voor de succesvolle ontwikkeling van impact startups.

This workshop on social entrepreneurship will be led by Kerry Forrester. Kerry is a lecturer in the Department of Organization Studies at Tilburg University and inspires her students to make a positive impact on society, with a focus on social entrepreneurship and sustainability.

What will you be working on?
With her extensive expertise in social entrepreneurship, Kerry provides practical and valuable insights. Her lectures encourage critical thinking and challenge students to explore innovative and effective strategies for societal change.

Kerry holds an MSc in Global Management of Social Issues, giving her a deep understanding of today’s complex social and environmental challenges.

She is passionate about hybrid organizations and social- and environmentally-oriented entrepreneurship and believes that businesses can make a real contribution to a better society.
